Program 1: Manufacturing ERP System Upgrades

• Migration of ERP Progress HPUX infrastucture(Servers-Firewalls) from to RedHat virtual platform & new firewalls & security infrastucture. 

• Migration of ERP Progress Data Platform from V8 to V11, ETL of data from HPUX to RedHat virtual platform.

• Upgrade 45 Plant/Warehouses Locations: Software from Old HPUX system to Linux Cloud Based System.

• PCI Compliance & Data Integrity Projects: Assessment, Gap Analysis, Short Term Remediation & Long-Term Remediation

• Modify Security for E-Commerce sites to meet PCI compliance

• ​Modify Credit Card handling procedures in every department & location that has access to Credit Card data. 

Program 3: Cybersecurity Policies Project

• Cybersecurity gerenal Policies:  Created structured rules and guidelines to protect digital assets, manage risk, and comply with laws. 

• Policies Includes Perimeter Protection, End Point Protection, independent Security Operations Center (SOC)

• Policies for setting up external independent Security Operations Center (SOC) to  continuously monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across an organization's networks, servers, endpoints, and database

Program 4: Cybersecurity Projects​

• Check Point Quantum Security Gateway IPS cyber security perimeter protection tools to safeguard a network boundary by filtering traffic, blocking unauthorized access, and detecting threats. Core tools include Fortinet Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), VPN gateways, and Web Security Gateways,

• Qualys Network & Infra Vulnerability: Implemented "Qualys" tool to assess vulnerability of  Network / Infrastructure, Web Applications, Password / Authentication, Wirelesses, Reconnaissance / OSINT, Exploitation / Post-Exploitation

• IBM Security AppScan Enterprice Application Vulnerability: Implemented "IBM Security AppScan" tool to centralized enterprise application-security testing/management

• DellSecureWorks Set up an external, independent Security Operations Center (SOC) using "DellSecureWorks" to  continuously monitor WAN/LAN networks to  detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across an organization's networks, servers, endpoints, and databases

• European Subsidiary ICOPAL & BMI Group Services GmbH – Privacy and data breaches prevention Security Projects

• European Manufacturing Operations – Managed custom security implementations to ensure newly acquired companies complies with EU General Data Protection Regulations.
